HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To order simply select the items you would like to order and add them in the Notes and then click to send it. Otherwise you can mail us at info@bariconi.it with the product(s) you are interested in and wait for our e-mail confirmation. We will respond with shipping costs and the total order calculation, and will send you instructions to pay. You can make changes at any point in this ordering system, we always want to be sure you are getting exactly the right products you want and need!
In every time you will have our assistance, before the purchase, during the order, after the sale.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER?
Barbiconi accepts the main credit cards.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only when your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but can be authorized for verification purposes.
If you prefer you can also pay for your purchase using a Wire Transfer.

HOW CAN I SEND YOU MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
In the homepage you can find the credit card logo which enable the access to the form. Here you can safely send us all the credit card information we need to know.

To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Barbiconi uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATION?
Whether you are a resident or just visiting Rome, a trip to our store is a must.

If you use public transport, the store is a short walk from the bus stop Largo Argentina. From the central train station “Termini” take bus 40 Castel Sant’Angelo direction or bus 64 Stazione S. Pietro direction.

WHEN IS YOUR STORE OPEN?
Winter time: September to June
Monday to Friday no stop 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The shop is closed every Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
Summer time: July and August
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The shop is closed every Saturday and Sunday.

HOW CAN YOU SHIP THE GOODS?
We are proud to ship everywhere in the world. To get the best prices for all locations, we use different shipping methods, and which is best for you will depend on where you are located and on the size of your order.
We cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. The case of damage or loss is extremely rare, but we will be happy to include insurance costs in the shipping quote at your request. Standard shipping quotes do not include insurance.

We are using courier service to ship to non EC countries. Please note that all duties and taxes have to be cleared by the customer prior to the collection of goods. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES?
All our prices include VAT and do not include any applicable customs duties. For information on the duties which apply to your country, please enquire at your local customs office.
Private customers outside of the EU are exempt from VAT if the shipping method guarantees proper customs procedures (only DHL courier, no post).
